Two ways to work with us

Two ways we work.

A family doing up their home needs design, a fixed price and a clean handover. A developer needs the same specification repeated across a hundred flats, on schedule. We are set up for both.

Craft

Why our joinery lasts.

Most interiors are built by hand in the flat itself, under time pressure and in dust. Ours are made in our own workshop and assembled on site — which is why the doors still line up in year five.

Process

How a project unfolds.

Making happens in the workshop while the site is prepared, so the two run in parallel and the work finishes in weeks rather than months.

01

Conversation

We visit the site or read your plan, and talk about how you actually live in the space before anyone draws anything.

02

Design & drawings

Layouts, elevations and 3D views for every room in scope, revised with you until the proportions are right.

03

Specification

An itemised quotation naming every material, finish and hardware brand. Nothing hidden inside a lump sum.

04

Making

Joinery is made in our own workshop to the approved drawings, then assembled and checked before it is packed.

05

Site & installation

Civil, services, ceilings and finishes run on site while the joinery is being made, so the two meet at the right moment.

06

Handover

A joint snag list, corrections, a deep clean, and documentation for every warranty that comes with the work.

Specification

The materials, written down.

Core material, finish, hardware and worktop — named in your quotation, not decided quietly on site once the money is spent.

Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

It means the carpentry is manufactured on machines in our factory, not built by hand in your flat. Panels are CNC-cut to ±0.5mm, all four edges are sealed by an automatic edge-bander, and hinge holes are drilled from the drawing rather than marked by eye. Site work becomes assembly — which is why installation takes days instead of weeks and your home does not fill with sawdust.
